Fantasy Football: The Downside for Each Top-20 Pick
A.J. Green, WR, Cincinnati Bengals
Downside: Offensive Line Woes
Since entering the league, A.J. Green has finished just one season with an air yards per reception rate below 10 yards. To give you some context as to how ridiculous that is, of the 93 wideouts with 50 or more targets last year, a 10 air yards per catch average was hit by just 23 of them. And Green's doing that consistently.
He's getting down the field, and Andy Dalton is chucking him the rock down the field. But with Andrew Whitworth and Kevin Zeitler both gone from the offensive line, there are a ton of question marks surrounding the unit. That means if Dalton has less time in the pocket, we may not see the big splash plays we're used to from Green.
