Rich Hill hasn't pitched in just over a month, and it's easy to forget how good he was prior to going on the disabled list. In 76 innings with the Oakland Athletics, Hill posted a 3.47 SIERA, 28.9% strikeout rate and 9.0% walk rate.

He's set to return to the mound tonight at the San Francisco Giants in what will be his debut for the Los Angeles Dodgers after getting dealt in a deadline deal.

Hill, our second-ranked pitcher, will see a boost in value in season-long leagues moving to the National League, where he won't face any designated hitters. His value gets a lift tonight thanks to a pretty nice matchup. At 26.5%, San Francisco -- whose implied total of 3.5 runs is the second-lowest of the slate -- is dead last in hard-hit rate in the second half, and AT&T Park ranks 28th in park factor and 30th in home run factor.
