Chris Iannetta is off to a hot start against southpaws this year, posting a .454 wOBA, and while it would be pretty surprising to see him continue to rake like that, he has made a habit of hitting lefties well, owning a 33.7% hard-hit rate and .370 wOBA over his career.

That puts Ianette in a great spot against Detroit's left-handed hurler Matt Boyd. The Tigers' southpaw has opened the year with a 5.20 SIERA while right-handed hitters have crushed him to the tune of a 40.2% hard-hit rate.
