On Tuesday, not only is Arenado away from Coors, he is in one of the most pitcher-friendly ballparks in the Major Leagues. Petco Park had a park factor of 0.828 a year ago, ranking second-best among all major league ballparks in terms of suppressing run production.
Moreover, Arenado may have a sneakily tough matchup on Tuesday. The San Diego Padres' Tyson Ross has struggled with injuries in recent years, but when he has been healthy he has generally a pitcher to avoid.
