The Chicago Cubs have a solid 4.54 implied total today as they take on righty Luis Castillo and the Cincinnati Reds.

Castillo has seen his effectiveness drop off this year, with a 5.77 ERA compared to the 3.12 he posted in 2018. His drop in SIERA hasn't been quite as pronounced, but still shows significant decline, going from a 3.63 in 2017 to a 4.17 this year. He's also allowing a 38.4% hard-hit rate.

Ian Happ has shown plenty of pop against righties in his first two Major League seasons, turning a 42.1% fly-ball rate and 37.3% hard-hit rate into a .347 wOBA and .268 ISO. His 34.4% strikeout rate leaves him with a low floor, but he has plenty of tournament-worthy upside against Castillo.
