Mike Minor has been especially weak against right-handed bats this year, allowing a .346 wOBA and ugly 5.02 xFIP on a 41.8% hard-hit and 47.2% fly-ball rate in the split.

Chad Pinder is having a solid year overall, with a .347 wOBA and .201 ISO, and that jumps way up to a .381 wOBA with a .206 ISO against southpaws. His contact in 110 plate appearances against left-handed pitching has been especially absurd, with a massive 61.2% hard-hit rate and only a 6.0% soft-hit rate.

His price-tag does not at all capture the upside he offers in this spot.
