Nolan Arenado, 3B, Colorado Rockies

Returning home to the friendly confines of Coors Field, while also facing Pittsburgh Pirates starter Joe Musgrove and his low 18.8% strikeout rate, Nolan Arenado is an expensive stud we should try and fit into our lineups tonight.

On the year in Denver, the third baseman owns a crisp .471 wOBA mark, including a .332 isolated power (ISO) and 42.4% hard-hit rate. He's been better against lefties, but he doesn't shy away from righties.

After a sparkling first half, just when you thought Arenado couldn't get any tastier, he has. In the second half of 2018, Arenado sports improved rates across the board, including identical 47.9% hard-hit and fly-ball rates.

It's no surprise the Colorado Rockies own the highest implied team total (5.87) of the day, and Arenado gives us solid exposure to this matchup.
