In keeping with the theme of high-upside value tonight, Daniel Palka doesn't offer any sort of a floor, but his ceiling more than makes up for that.

Palka has a passable .321 wOBA, but a shaky 33.9% strikeout rate on the year, coming with a 16.7% swinging-strike rate. When he does make contact though, big things tend to happen, and he has converted a 38.7% hard-hit rate and 37.6% fly-ball rate into a .245 ISO.

His power has been particularly pronounced against right-handed pitching, with that ISO jumping to .263 on a 39.2% hard-hit rate, and Royals righty Jake Junis and his 40.6% hard-hit rate make this a good spot for Palka to show off his power.
