Kurt Suzuki mashes southpaws. In 2018, he boasts a 44.1% hard-hit rate, 13.2% soft-hit rate and 42.6% fly-ball rate in the split, and in 2017, he turned a 42.3% hard-hit rate off lefties into an absurd .486 wOBA and .431 ISO over 65 plate appearances.

Those numbers make him easy to like tonight against Austin Gomber, who has a poor 4.71 SIERA over 26 career MLB games (64 1/3 innings).

Suzuki isn't an everyday starter in Atlanta, so double-check that he's in the lineup tonight before playing him. If he's out, Yan Gomes ($2,700) is a viable pivot, bringing a .367 wOBA and .208 ISO against lefties into a matchup with Carlos Rodon (5.00 SIERA).
