Why He Will Go Overlooked:

Second base is absolutely loaded today. Ian Kinsler and Matt Carpenter have both outplayed Jose Altuve recently and are in better matchups. DJ LeMahieu and Starlin Castro will likely be popular in a game at Coors Field, as well.

Why You Should Use Him:

Altuve hasn't been hitting for as much power recently, but it's clear that he is still seeing the ball well after posting multi-hit games in six of his past eight games.

Altuve and the Astros will take on lefty Jaime Garcia tonight, who has really struggled recently. Over his past four starts, Garcia has posted a 6.63 ERA and a ghastly 2.16 WHIP. Garcia has allowed better numbers to right-handers throughout his career, which bodes well for Altuve, who has posted better numbers against lefties.

It's not often that you get to target one of the game's best hitters in an advantageous matchup at low ownership. Altuve is a terrific play in any format tonight.
