Cardinals' Miles Mikolas ejected on Thursday
St. Louis Cardinals pitcher Miles Mikolas was ejected from his start on Thursday against the Chicago Cubs.
What It Means:
Mikolas was ejected in the top of the first inning on Thursday after hitting Ian Happ with a pitch. Two pitches before, Happ hit Cardinals' catcher Willson Contreras' head on the follow-through of his swing, forcing Contreras to exit the game.
