Los Angeles Angels outfielder Taylor Ward (head) left Saturday's game against the Toronto Blue Jays in the top of the fifth inning.
What It Means:
Ward was carted off the field after he was hit in the face by a pitch.
After he was forced to exit, Luis Rengifo was moved to left field while Andrew Velazquez took over the shortstop position.
