Edouard Julien absent Thursday for Twins
Minnesota Twins infielder Edouard Julien is not in the lineup for Thursday's series opener against left-hander Andrew Heaney and the Texas Rangers.
Julien is sitting for the second time in three games as the Twins face another southpaw. Jorge Polanco is taking over at designated hitter and batting second. Donovan Solano is batting leadoff and Jordan Luplow is hitting third while Carlos Correa cleans things up.
numberFire’s models project Polanco ($3,000) and Solano ($2,300) for 10.0 FanDuel points each on Thursday. Per our MLB Heat Map, the Twins' implied total is 4.41 and the game total is 8.5. Heaney has a 4.27 ERA and lackluster 4.63 xERA this season, with a 37.7% hard-hit rate, 24.1% strikeout rate, and 9.5% walk rate.
