Detroit's Colt Keith not in Monday lineup
The Detroit Tigers did not list Colt Keith as a starter for Monday's game against the New York Mets.
Keith will start Monday's game against the Mets on the bench as the Tigers platoon for left-hander Sean Manaea. Andy Ibanez will start at second base and bat second instead.
Keith is 1-for-13 to open his majors career, but showed big power upside in the minors last year, where he belted 27 homers across the Double-A and Triple-A levels.
