Rangers' Josh Jung suffers fractured wrist Monday
Texas Rangers third baseman Josh Jung suffered a fractured wrist in Monday night's game against the Tampa Bay Rays, per Bruce Bochy.
Jung was off to a fantastic start this season, including much of Monday night's game against the Rays. Unfortunately, the promising young third baseman was hit by a pitch during the outing and suffered a fractured wrist as a result. Expect the Rangers to place Jung on the IL in the near future.
Jung was 2-for-4 in Monday night's game with a home run and 4 RBI prior to his exit. With Jung sidelined, expect Ezequiel Duran to take up a more consistent role in the Rangers' lineup.
