Alex Kirilloff absent Monday for Twins
Minnesota Twins outfielder Alex Kirilloff is not in the lineup for Monday's series opener against left-hander James Paxton and the Los Angeles Dodgers.
The left-handed hitting Kirilloff will sit versus the Dodgers' southpaw. Carlos Santana will move back to first base, while Ryan Jeffers will start at designated hitter and bat third. Christian Vazquez will catch for Bailey Ober and bat seventh on Monday.
