7. 2015-16 Golden State Warriors

As promised, the 73-win Warriors do crack this list. They're probably not as high as your average NBA fan would expect, but there's been some really good teams -- some commonly acknowledged and others popularly overlooked (or forgotten).

Nonetheless, the Warriors won by an average of 10.76 points in the face of allowing 104.1 points per game. They led the league in points (114.9) and offensive rating (114.5) on 99.3 possessions per 48 minutes.

Curry, again, took home the MVP, this time as the first player to ever do so unanimously. The team, behind Curry's record-breaking 402 three-pointers, set a record with 1,077 three-point field goals on a ridiculous 41.6% success rate from deep. Their SRS of 10.38 cements their place in history as one of the best teams in both recent years and NBA history.

It's too bad LeBron and company spoiled the fun for them in the playoffs. They got ahead of the Cavaliers 3 to 1 in the Finals before their epic demise at the hands of Kyrie Irving and the Cavs. This is, unfortunately, how we remember that Warriors season now, though we should remember it as an unstoppable force of basketball nature.
