8. Oklahoma City Thunder

The Oklahoma City Thunder have only been around for eight full seasons, but before they were relocated to the heartland they were the Seattle Supersonics. Since the change, the franchise has been much more consistent with their success in OKC than in the eight seasons prior in Seattle.

As a result, the Thunder are in the next-best tier with a 45 composite ranking and 1.5 net rating, which is seventh on the back of the NBA's second-best offensive rating (108.3), thanks to Kevin Durant and Russell Westbrook.

With the two superstars' unique talent, the Thunder are fifth in effective field goal percentage and eighth overall in nERD.
