Bobby Portis, Chicago Bulls

It just so happens that Mirotic isn't the only Bull who would benefit from an organization's decision to head toward youth development. In this case, Bobby Portis might come out as a bigger winner if Chicago goes this path.

The Bulls' current starting center, Robin Lopez, could be a trade piece before the deadline. If he's moved, that creates a whole world of possibilities for those in the frontcourt. Portis is big enough to play both positions, so his season average of 11.6 minutes per game would undoubtedly increase.

Contrary to his minimal per-game production, Portis would be valuable fantasy player over 36 minutes. As with others, he doesn't really do much on minutes alone -- rather his value comes via punting categories.

If we dispose of Portis' 55% free-throw shooting, as well as his lack of assists and steals, the second-year big man would go from the 347th-ranked player to the 174th. Nothing great, but that's with everyone on the team that he's on now, which is unlikely to be the case in the coming months.
