D'Angelo Russell bounced back from a couple shaky outings with 29.9 FanDuel points in his most recent game. With Jordan Clarkson questionable for tonight's game, Russell could be looking a lot of minutes in what is expected to be a shootout against the Denver Nuggets.

Vegas has the Los Angeles Lakers projected for the second-highest implied team total (114.8) on the slate, and the over/under (228) in this game is the highest on the slate. Los Angeles is also only favored by 1.5 points, so this game should stay competitive, making it the best game to target tonight.

In games the Lakers have been projected for at least 114.8 points over the past two seasons, Russell has averaged 25.5 FanDuel points, up from his 23.9-point average in all other games. In the four games he's played in with at least a 228 point over/under, he averaged 26 FanDuel points. For a larger sample size, though, he averaged 30.3 FanDuel points in games with at least a 220-point over/under.

He also should feast on the defense of Emmanuel Mudiay and the Gary Harris-less Nuggets, who have allowed the second-most FanDuel points to opposing point guards this season. Everything is pointing up for Russell in this game, and he is a terrific value at just $6,000.
