January was Kevin Durant's best fantasy month since his three games in October to start the season. KD averaged 46.7 FanDuel points per game in January, and he topped 50 fantasy points in five of his 14 games, his best ratio since October.

Durant also ranked second among Golden State Warriors with a 28.1% usage rate on the month. HE averaged 17.6 shots per game and ranked second on the team in rebounds with 7.1 per game.

The Charlotte Hornets were middling on the defensive end last month, ranking 16th in defensive rating, and they're in a tough spot traveling to Golden State on the second half of a back-to-back set, making this a strong spot for Durant and the Warriors.
