1. Kareem Abdul-Jabbar

While it's true that Kareem played the most All-Star Game minutes of any player, it's also true that he maintained the best play and efficiency among all players. In a record 18 games and 449 minutes, Abdul-Jabbar accounted for 2.6 win shares -- more than double Magic, the next-closest player -- at a clip of .278 per 48 minutes.

Over 24.9 minutes a contest, Kareem poured in 13.9 points, 8.3 rebounds, 2.8 assists and 1.7 blocks per game. In adding a couple minutes to get to his per-30 numbers, that's 16.7 points, 10 rebounds, 3.4 assists and two blocks per All-Star appearance. Throughout his career, he posted five double-doubles with one five-block game. Kareem's teams were 9-9 in his 18 All-Star games.
