4. Hakeem Olajuwon, 5/4/1987

As the G.O.A.T. just proved, great playoff games come in many shapes and sizes. Sometimes, they appear in the closest of losses. Hakeem Olajuwon knows that all too well.

He and his Houston Rockets were outlasted by the Supersonics, led by Dale Ellis and Tom Chambers, in the '87 Western Conference Semifinals, which lasted six games.

No one can place any blame on Olajuwon -- he gathered 49 points, 25 rebounds and 6 blocks in 53 minutes in the double-overtime battle. In reaching his point total, The Dream connected on 19 of 33 shots and 11 of 13 from the line. His Game Score of 48.6 is certainly reflective of his 139 offensive rating, 101 defensive rating and 38 net rating.
