Without a doubt, John Collins is a tournament play only. He has been subject to bad foul trouble of late, which has caused him to be limited to just 21.7 minutes and 16 FanDuel points per game over his last four. And with cagey veteran Zach Randolph coming in to face the Atlanta Hawks, more foul trouble is certainly within the realm of possibilities for Collins.

There's an upside that comes with the rookie's downside. The Sacramento Kings are fourth-worst on a per-game basis against power forwards. Plus, both teams could be willing to showcase their young players against one another tonight -- all of which is why Collins is a true boom-or-bust target.
