3 NBA FanDuel Studs to Target on 12/12/17

Both Kevin Love and Tristan Thompson are listed as questionable tonight against the Atlanta Hawks, and their absences would again leave a huge hole in the Cleveland Cavaliers' frontcourt.

Without Love and Thompson on Saturday, the Cavs almost exclusively went small, playing Ante Zizic for less than than five minutes and Channing Frye for 19.4. That meant LeBron got a ton of run (38.7 minutes), and in addition to getting an increase in offensive workload with Love out (LeBron had a huge 41.4% usage rate), his frontcourt minutes meant an increase in rebounding as he recorded a 22.4% total rebound rate.

Those increases weren't major anomalies, either. For the year, LeBron's usage rate is 31.3% in minutes played with Love on the court, compared to 32.3% with Love off, while his rebound rate is 11.4% with Love and 15.5% without Love.

The Atlanta Hawks have been awful against frontcourt players in fantasy, allowing at least top-six fantasy numbers to opponents at both forward positions as well as at center.
