Caris LeVert, SG, Brooklyn Nets

FanDuel Price: $4,500
Projected FanDuel Points: N/A
Projected FanDuel Value: N/A

Before he suffered a gruesome injury in a game against the Minnesota Timberwolves on November 12, Caris LeVert had been in the midst of a career year. The third-year player out of Michigan was averaging 18.4 points per game, an increase of 6.3 points despite a minutes increase of just 3.6 from last year.

He'd been scoring more efficiently, hitting 47.5% of his shots, far above his previous career best of 45.0% set in his rookie year and just 43.5% last year.

Using him tonight in what is his first game back would clearly be a risk. Nobody knows how much he'll play, and he'll almost certainly be on a minutes limit. Despite that, his $4,500 is simply too enticing to not bite at if you're entering multiple lineups.

LeVert's salary was sitting at $7,200 the day he got hurt, meaning his salary tonight is a whopping 37.5% lower. You're unlikely to see it fall any further than where it stands, so -- while we don't yet have a projection for him as his workload is unknown -- if you want to take a chance at him, tonight represents a great, albeit risky, opportunity to do so. Use the best ball format to your advantage and take risk where you might not have in the past.
