With Dion Waiters getting significant minutes for the Miami Heat over the last week-plus, the former Syracuse Orange makes for a potentially explosive play at a low cost in DFS.

Waiters has seen at least 26.9 minutes in each of his last four games and has responded with some big nights. He scored at least 18 points finishing with over 27 FanDuel points in two of those contest, and that number that would bring over 6.4 FanDuel points per $1,000 on Tuesday. The uptick in minutes gave him at least 19 FanDuel points in four of his last five games too, showcasing his ability to provide consistent points and decreasing the risk of busting your fantasy lineup tonight.

While the matchup against the Orlando Magic doesn’t make Waiters a must-play, it does leave some room for a high scoring night. Orlando ranks 18th in the NBA as they allow over 0.86 FanDuel points per minute to shooting guards. If Waiters can average that rate tonight, he would need just over 24.4 minutes to reach 21.0 FanDuel points and optimal value on Tuesday, something he has done in seven of his last 10 games.
