Picks 16 to 20

16. Boston Celtics - Trey Lyles, SF/PF

It's no secret -- the Celtics need help in the frontcourt. They've stockpiled a bunch of guards and were destroyed down low this year, so it comes as a surprise that they picked a guard at this position. Lyles would've been a good pick for a team looking to improve on Brandon Bass and Jared Sullinger's combined RPM of 0.22.

17. Milwaukee Bucks - Jerian Grant, PG

The Michael Carter-Williams experience last year wasn't too terrible, but who knows if it will work out long-term. Carter-Williams put up some terribly inefficient numbers including a nERD of -8.2 and a RPM of -2.27. Sadly, his RPM is the best of the point guards in Milwaukee, too. So, whatever capacity Grant would've come into would've been to the Bucks benefit.

18. Houston Rockets - Tyus Jones, PG

I'm not telling you anything new here -- the Rockets really took a beating at the point guard position after Patrick Beverley went down with a season-ending injury this year. Jason Terry was a net positive (1.1 nERD), but both he and Pablo Prigioni (and his -0.2 nERD) are getting old. Houston needs some new legs behind Beverley.

19.* Washington Wizards - Bobby Portis, PF

The Wizards' power forward situation is a lot like the Rockets' point guard situation. The Wizards have Kris Humphries and his surprising 2.2 nERD in 21 minutes per game, but beyond that they have the ghost of Nene (and his -0.9 nERD) and the aging Drew Gooden. They could use an immediate boost to their depth there to say the least.

20. Toronto Raptors - Justin Anderson, SF

Small forward is the Raptors weakness -- plain and simple. DeMar DeRozan seems to be a natural two-guard while Terrence Ross and Bruno Caboclo combined for a nERD of -4.3 and a RPM of -5.08. That's not good. If the Raptors could've grabbed a guy like Anderson it would be huge for the growth of their team, particularly their defensive effort.
