Hawks' Danilo Gallinari enters health protocols
Atlanta Hawks small forward Danilo Gallinari was placed in the league's health and safety protocols Tuesday.
Gallinari joins Trae Young and Clint Capela in league protocols and he will miss at least Wednesday's game versus the Orlando Magic. Cam Reddish and Timothe Luwawu-Cabarrot should see more minutes while Gallinari is sidelined. The Hawks signed Lance Stephenson and Malcolm Hill to 10-day contracts and recalled Jalen Johnson, Skylar Mays, and Sharife Cooper from their G-League affiliate, so they may be expecting more players to land in protocols.
Gallo is averaging 21.8 minutes and 18.1 FanDuel points per game this season while registering a 17.5% usage rate.
