Kyle Anderson (illness) now questionable Wednesday for Timberwolves
Minnesota Timberwolves small forward Kyle Anderson (illness) is now questionable for Wednesday versus the Detroit Pistons.
Anderson is a late addition to the injury report ahead of the 7:00 PM ET tip. Anthony Edwards (hip) is also questionable, so the Timberwolves could have two voids to fill in their starting lineup on Wednesday night. Jaylen Nowell, Austin Rivers, Taurean Prince, and Jaden McDaniels will be candidates to join the starting lineup if Anderson and Edwards are inactive, and they would all have more minutes available. Nathan Knight and Luka Garza could also crack the rotation.
numberFire's models project Anderson for 31.4 minutes and 30.5 FanDuel points on Wednesday, and he has a $6,200 salary on the Main slate. Per our NBA Heat Map, the Timberwolves’ implied total (119.0) is No. 5 out of 16 active teams today.
