Lillard sat out Tuesday and the Bucks open a back-to-back on Thursday, so he might be held out for the front leg. That would likely result in another start for Pat Connaughton and more playing time for Cam Payne and AJ Green. Khris Middleton (ankle) has already been ruled out for Milwaukee.
