Donovan Mitchell (nose) out for Cavaliers at least 1 week
Cleveland Cavaliers guard Donovan Mitchell underwent surgery to repair a nasal fracture and will be re-evaluated in one week, reports Shams Charania of The Athletic and Stadium.
That timeline means Mitchell will miss at least the next four games. Darius Garland, Caris LeVert, Isaac Okoro, Sam Merrill, Craig Porter, and Marcus Morris all stand to benefit in varying degrees while Mitchell is sidelined.
LeVert started in place of Mitchell on Monday and scored 54.1 FanDuel points in 38.0 minutes. numberFire's models project him for 29.9 minutes and 28.4 FanDuel points on Wednesday against the Miami Heat.
