3. 7 South Carolina 88, 2 Duke 81

South Carolina had a win probability of 26.58 percent in their second-round matchup with Duke, but the Gamecocks were able to hang with them early. Then, Duke quickly jumped out to a 10 point lead, courtesy of an extended 22-11 run, dropping South Carolina's win probability down to 7.02 percent.

However, the Gamecocks, playing in their home state of South Carolina, stormed back with their own run -- a 14-3 spurt -- to take the lead early in the second half. South Carolina only relinquished the lead once, briefly, before holding on for good and taking down the 2 seed in the East Region.
