2. De'Aaron Fox, Kentucky Wildcats (2017)

College basketball fans knew they were in for some fireworks when Kentucky and UCLA met up in the 2017 tournament's Elite 8. Both historic programs possessed NBA talent, most notably at the point guard position. Freshman De'Aaron Fox took on fellow freshman and NBA prospect Lonzo Ball and came out on top of the matchup.

In 36 minutes, Fox scored 39 points on 13-of-20 shooting from the floor and 13-of-15 shooting from the line. With a usage rate of 40.1%, Fox produced 155 points per 100 possessions on a true shooting percentage of 73.3%.
