Rapoport: Jonathan Taylor reportedly requests trade after meeting with Colts
According Ian Rapoport, Indianapolis Colts running back Jonathan Taylor has requested a trade.
Taylor has decided to make a trade request In the final year of his contract after he met with Jim Irsay on Saturday about a potential extension and his recent thoughts towards paying running backs. Expect Taylor to remain sidelined during training camp until a resolution is created while Zack Moss, Deon Jackson, and Evan Hull could see more work at running back.
According to numberFire's models, Taylor is currently ranked as our overall RB3 with projections including 349.1 rushing attempts for 1,673.2 yards and 10.1 touchdowns and 31.0 receptions for 222.0 yards and 1.1 touchdowns.
