Davante Adams exits Raiders practice with leg injury
Las Vegas Raiders wide receiver Davante Adams exited practice Friday with an apparent leg injury.
Adams appeared to be favoring his right leg after he took a hard hit during the Raiders' joint scrimmage with the San Francisco 49ers. He had to be helped off the field and then limped inside after being examined by trainers. The Raiders will likely run some tests on Adams' leg and provide an update once they receive the results. If Adams winds up missing time, there will be more targets available for Jakobi Meyers, Hunter Renfrow, and Phillip Dorsett, but it would be a downgrade for the offense as a whole.
Adams is the WR7 in numberFire's preseason rankings. Our models project him for 167.1 targets, 108.0 receptions, 1,339.2 yards, and 10.28 touchdowns.
