Terry McLaurin (turf toe) making progress for Commanders
Washington Commanders wide receiver Terry McLaurin (turf toe) is making progress and considered day-to-day, reports Nicki Jhabvala of The Washington Post.
McLaurin injured his toe in the Commanders' second preseason game and he remains uncertain for Week 1 versus the Arizona Cardinals. The fifth-year wideout should have a good chance to play if he can practice in some capacity on Wednesday. Jahan Dotson will likely fill in as the No. 1 wideout if McLaurin is unavailable. Dyami Brown and Curtis Samuel would also be in line for more work.
numberFire's models project McLaurin for 10.4 FanDuel points in Week 1, with 7.6 targets, 4.7 receptions, and 59.9 yards. He has a $6,900 salary and is the WR26 in our weekly rankings.
