Browns sign Kareem Hunt to one-year deal
The Cleveland Browns and free agent running back Kareem Hunt have agreed to a one-year deal worth up to $4 million.
Hunt will re-sign with Cleveland to help fill the void left by Nick Chubb, who suffered a season-ending knee injury on Monday. How much work Hunt will see is uncertain, Cleveland has said that Jerome Ford will be their "feature back". While a split between the two is expected, how exactly that split breaks down is up in the air. In Week 3 the Browns play a Tennesse Titans team with a formidable rush defense that ranks second, per numberFire's metrics.
Hunt's Week 3 projection includes 38.0 rushign yards, 12.0 receiving yards, 0.36 total touchdowns, and 7.9 FanDuel points.
