Broncos' Greg Dulcich (hamstring) activated from IR Thursday
Denver Broncos tight end Greg Dulcich (hamstring) was activated from injured reserve on Thursday afternoon.
Dulcich is expected to play on Thursday night against the Kansas City Chiefs after missing four games with a hamstring injury he suffered in the Broncos' opener. He could be on a snap count in his first game back, but Dulcich is the primary pass-catching tight end on the team when healthy. Adam Trautman and Chris Manhertz will be less involved moving forward.
The Chiefs are 17th in FanDuel points allowed per game to tight ends this season, but their pass defense ranks 11th in numberFire's opponent-adjusted NEP model. Dulcich has a $7,500 salary on the single-game slate and our metrics project him for 2.9 targets. Trautman played 86.7% of the snaps but earned just 7.8% of the targets while Dulcich was out.
