Browns' Jerome Ford (ankle) out again Thursday
Cleveland Browns running back Jerome Ford (ankle) did not practice again on Thursday for Week 8 versus the Seattle Seahawks.
Ford is reportedly expected to miss 1-2 weeks with an ankle injury, so this was expected. Kareem Hunt (thigh) returned to practice after sitting out Thursday, so look for him to lead the Browns' backfield on Sunday. Pierre Strong Jr. will be Hunt's backfield partner in Seattle.
Hunt ($7,000) is the RB25 in numberFire's Week 8 PPR rankings and our models project him for 10.8 FanDuel points, with 13.4 rush attempts, 57.9 rushing yards, 1.8 receptions, and 12.2 receiving yards. Strong ($5,300) is the RB32 and projected for 8.8 FanDuel points on 13.4 touches. The Seahawks are ranked 13th in FanDuel points allowed per game to running backs this season and their run defense is 5th in our opponent-adjusted NEP rankings.
