Rashid Shaheed (quad) unlikely to play in Week 13
New Orleans Saints receiver Rashid Shaheed (quad) is "likely unavailable to play" in the team's Week 13 game against the Detroit Lions.
The Saints suffered several injuries throughout the course of their Week 12 loss to the Atlanta Falcons, starting with a quad injury to speedy wideout Shaheed on the opening drive of the game. Shaheed attempted to play through the issue for a quarter on Sunday, but was eventually sidelined for the rest of the afternoon. He looks like he's on the wrong side of questionable for Week 13.
Shaheed and teammate Chris Olave (concussion) were injured in Week 12, meaning the Saints could be down to just A.T. Perry, Keith Kirkwood, and Lynn Bowden as they take on the Lions.
