Isiah Pacheco (shoulder) absent again Friday for Chiefs
Kansas City Chiefs running back Isiah Pacheco (shoulder) is not practicing again on Friday for Week 14 against the Buffalo Bills.
Pacheco missed practice all week and is likely going to be ruled out for Sunday's contest. It would be his first absence since the Chiefs selected him in the seventh round of last year's draft. Clyde Edwards-Helaire and Jerick McKinnon (groin) will share backfield duties if Pacheco is ruled out. La'Mical Perine could potentially be involved as well.
The Bills are ranked 20th in FanDuel points allowed per game to running backs, but their run defense is 12th in numberFire's opponent-adjusted efficiency rankings.
