C.J. Stroud (concussion) absent from Texans' practice on Wednesday
Houston Texans quarterback C.J. Stroud (concussion) is not at Wednesday's practice ahead of Week 16's game against the Cleveland Browns.
Stroud remains in the NFL's concussion protocol and will not return to practice on Wednesday. On Tuesday, ESPN's Adam Schefter indicated that Stroud is likely to remain sidelined for Week 16, and his absence from Wednesday's practice reinforces that. Thursday's practice report will provide more information. If Stroud is out again, look for Case Keenum to make another start.
Keenum's Week 16 projection includes 196.3 yards, 1.11 touchdowns, 0.72 interceptions, and 13.0 FanDuel points. His salary is $6,300.
