Miami Dolphins wide receiver DeVante Parker (ankle) is not practicing on Thursday.

Missing two practices in a row, Parker looks to be a long shot to suit up against the Atlanta Falcons on Sunday. Kenny Stills could be in for an increased role if Parker can't go.
