Michael Frolik is the first of the high-cost players who Vegas can possibly choose. He has been a journeyman throughout his career, and he won a Stanley Cup with the Chicago Blackhawks. With a cap hit of $4.3 million, Frolik will not only help Vegas reach its cap floor, but he will also give them a second-line forward capable of getting into the gritty areas and earning points for his team.
