Torrey Mitchell is a depth pick for Vegas in this expansion draft, but the upside here is that he has experience with stars like Max Pacioretty, Brendan Gallagher and Alex Galchenyuk. He could potentially take on a style of play similar to that of his teammates with the Montreal Canadiens, and he could provide some secondary scoring on Vegas' third line. Mitchell's only downside is the number of penalty minutes he takes.
