Players to target: Nico Hischier, Taylor Hall, and Kyle Palmieri

The top line for the New Jersey Devils gets a very good matchup against what is left of the Carolina Hurricanes checking line, a group which gave up plenty of opportunities against the Ottawa Senators, allowing one goal and many more chances in that game.

The third line allows more than 35 Scoring Chances For per 60 minutes and double-digit High-Danger Chances per 60.

This Devils line was vital when it came to both goals New Jersey scored on Saturday against the Tampa Bay Lightning, and the Hurricanes allow 3.24 goals per game away from home.

If you're cash-strapped, you should give some consideration to the Devils' second line for power-play purposes. Carolina's penalty kill is one of the worst units in the league (76% on the road), but the Devils' penalty kill unit is, too (sixth-worst in shot attempts allowed per 60). Keep this in mind on Tuesday night, and do watch for line mixing.
