Players to target: Nico Hischier, Taylor Hall, and Kyle Palmieri

The top line for the New Jersey Devils gets a nice home matchup against the Pittsburgh Penguins checking line, a group which gave up plenty of opportunities against the Devils in their last meeting as they were on the ice for two of the four goals the Pens surrendered.

The third line allows more than 36 Scoring Chances For per 60 minutes and almost 12 High-Danger Chances per 60.

This Devils line was vital when it came to the second and third goals New Jersey scored on Tuesday against the Carolina Hurricanes, and the Penguins allow 3.36 goals per game away from home. Pittsburgh may try to mix their lines to go up against the Taylor Hall line, and that is something to watch for. The Sidney Crosby line may be one to keep an eye on for the Pens since they will avoid the Hall line.

If you're cash-strapped, you should give some consideration to the Devils' second line. Pittsburgh's penalty kill can be very cold (78% on the road), but the Devils' penalty kill unit is, too (seventh-worst in unblocked shot attempts allowed per 60). Keep this in mind on Thursday night, and do watch for line mixing.
