NHL Daily Fantasy Helper: Wednesday 10/26/16
A good chunk of you probably already play daily fantasy football, and I'd be willing to bet a significant portion have also tried out daily fantasy basketball and baseball. But hockey? Hockey?
It's time to give it a try over on FanDuel.com, because it's a ton of fun. And our analysis and projections can help you win.
To help, take a look at some goalies, high-priced skaters, and lower-priced players to target for today's slate.
Goalies to Target
Thomas Greiss ($8,200): Greiss is our top projected fantasy goalie on the slate, regardless of price. As an added bonus, he's one of the cheaper options on the slate, as well. He should face plenty of shots tonight. The New York Islanders are allowing 60 Corsi Against per game -- tied for the sixth-most in the league -- giving a boost to both his floor and ceiling as he will have the opportunity to put up a big save total. We also project him for a 61% chance of getting a win and 13% chance of recording a shutout -- both the highest marks on the slate -- and there's not much reason to look elsewhere at goalie unless you're aiming to be contrarian.
