Mike Hoffman is on fire as of late and primed to continue that tonight versus a struggling Flyers' lineup. What other players should you consider with 11 games on the slate?

A good chunk of you played daily fantasy football this year, and I'd be willing to bet a significant portion of you have also tried out daily fantasy basketball and baseball. But hockey? Hockey?

Our analysis and projections can help you win. To help, let's take a look at a goalie, some high-priced skaters, and lower-priced players to target for today's slate.

Goalie to Target

Andrei Vasilevskiy ($9,300): The Tampa Bay Lightning are at home tonight and come in as -220 favorites -- the largest one on the slate. Naturally, we want to look towards their goalie Vasilevskiy as an elite option tonight since he is in a spot to come away with the win and thus, plenty of fantasy points. Vasilevskiy is confirmed as the starting goalie and will be going for his seventh straight win tonight against the Edmonton Oilers, who are without Connor McDavid. In this six-game win streak, Vasilevskiy has 27 saves or more four times, giving him a solid floor of points on a nightly basis.

He is the most expensive goalie and the most expensive player on the entire slate, but we have 11 games, and there is plenty of value to choose from. He is a safe option, who is viable in all formats tonight.

High-Priced Skaters

Nathan MacKinnon ($8,800): The Colorado Avalanche are hosting the Washington Capitals tonight, and we have an over/under sitting at 6.5, putting us in a spot for some offense. MacKinnon is on the first forward line and the first power-play unit for the Avalanche, who are holding a 3.42 implied goal total tonight -- the second-highest on the slate. MacKinnon comes in with 6 points and a strong 19 shots over his last five games, making him a strong option for cash games due to his consistency.

His potential upside comes from the fact the Capitals should have Braden Holtby in net tonight. Holtby is allowing over three goals per game this season, and over his last 10 starts, he has allowed two goals or fewer just two times. If you can afford to stack MacKinnon with Gabriel Landeskog ($6,400) and Mikko Rantanen ($7,700), you can put yourself in a spot for plenty of points.

Mike Hoffman ($6,700): Hoffman's name has been thrown around when it comes to trade rumors before the deadline, and he is doing his best to give the Florida Panthers a reason to keep him. Florida is sitting just two points out of a playoff spot right now, and they are in a spot to grab a few points tonight. Over his last 10 games, Hoffman has 10 points and 34 shots, positioning himself as one of the most productive players in the league over this time.

He is still on the first power-play unit but has been moved up to the second forward line in recent games. Tonight, the Panthers are taking on the Philadelphia Flyers, which has this game over/under set at 6.5 and a 3.36 implied total for the home Panthers.

Value Skaters

Tyler Johnson ($4,200): The Lightning are dealing with some injuries right now, and that means players are changing lines all over the place. Tampa has three players -- Steven Stamkos, Nikita Kucherov, and Anthony Cirelli -- all OUT tonight, and this changes things in a big way. All three of those players are normally among the top-six forwards for Tampa, which means players are getting bumped up. One such player is Johnson, who is now on the first forward line and will be seeing time on the first power-play unit.

He has only two points in his last five games -- normally a bit of a depth forward --, but the new role and cheap price tag should make him popular tonight. Tampa is still carrying a 3.44 implied goal total and should be able to produce some offense against the Oilers.

Alexander Kerfoot ($3,800): Kerfoot is under $4K tonight and playing on the second forward line for the Toronto Maple Leafs, alongside John Tavares. Kerfoot isn't on either power-play but is still worth a roster spot due to his point per dollar value. Tavares is a much better player compared to Kerfoot, and the truth is that Kerfoot can simply fall into points for being on the ice with Tavares.

Over his last five games, Kerfoot has three points, and over his last 10, he has six points. By no means is Kerfoot creating a ton of offense by himself, but grabbing an assist on a Tavares goal is something we've seen and should continue to see. The Maple Leafs have a 3.21 implied goal total tonight against the Dallas Stars in what could be a sneaky high-scoring game.
